Safe Hands – Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Safe Hands, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be non-refundable.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment depending on availability.
No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
